Return Policy

All eBooks or other digital products are non-returnable even if the product has not been downloaded to your computer. All physical print books bought from DigitalTextbooks.com have a 14 day return policy from date of purchase. To return a printed item bought from DigitalTextbooks.com please contact customer service for instructions by calling (888) 886-0772 or via email at [email protected]. The following rules apply for all returns:

  • New books must be returned in new condition to receive a full refund. This means no writing or marking, including a name on the inside of the book.
  • All components of a packaged item must come back together, unopened, and in the original shrink wrap to receive credit.
  • Loose leaf items must be in the original shrink wrap.
  • CDs, diskettes, pass codes and software included with a book or sold alone must be intact, unopened and in the original packaging or they will be non-returnable.
  • Ship the book UPS ground or insured mail.
  • Postage on returns is not refundable.
  • Credit will be issued in the same manner the payment was originally made.
  • Allow two to three weeks for processing of your return.

    1. We, our, and us means MBS Direct, LLC (MBS) and the websites through which it conducts business.

  2. Collection of Information
    1. Our Purpose for Collecting Information. We collect Personal Information from you, and about you, to provide you with products and information that you request, and to enhance your online experience.
    2. The Sources from Which We Collect Information. We collect Personal Information in the following ways:

    At any time you may choose to opt-out from receiving materials from us. You can opt-out of receiving materials by clicking on an 'opt-out' link provided at the bottom of an email that you receive from us, or by calling our customer service department at (888) 886-0772.

  5. MBS's Ability to Share your Personal Information
    1. Generally. We do not rent, sell, or share Personal Information about you with other people or companies except in the situations described below.
    2. Sharing Your Information with Subcontractors. From time to time we may share Personal Information with Subcontractors that provide us with services. These services may include, among other things, the creation or maintenance of our databases, or research and analysis concerning the people who request information from us.
    3. Sharing Your Information with Publishers. In some instances, we may share your information with the publisher, copyright holder or author of the products you purchase from us.     6. Transfers. In the unlikely event that MBS or substantially all of MBS's assets, are acquired, your Personal Information will be transferred to the acquiring company. In such a situation, you will be provided with notice that a transfer of your Personal Information has occurred.

    MBS has instituted measures designed to ensure that your Personal Information is secure, and is not disclosed to individuals or entities that are not authorized to receive it.

  7. Removal of Your Personal Information
    Once you have provided Personal Information to us, we may store and maintain that information indefinitely unless you direct us otherwise. If you wish us to cease storing your Personal Information, you may request that we do so by contacting customer service department through our Contact Us form.

    Our website, or our emails, may link to non-MBS websites. It is also possible that non-MBS websites or emails may link to our website. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices employed by any third party websites.     We reserve the right to modify or amend this policy at any time by posting the revised privacy policy on our website. What Personal Information Do We Collect and How Is It Used?
Information you actively submit. You may choose to provide certain personal information through this site.
